Terms of Service

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book a room. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Kirkasmuisto Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty of one night's room charge. For non-refundable bookings, the full amount will be charged regardless of cancellation timing. No-shows will be charged the total cost of the stay.

Kirkasmuisto Hotel maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all indoor areas, including guest rooms. Any violation will result in a cleaning fee of €250. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb the comfort or safety of other guests or staff. Excessive noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM is prohibited.

Guests are liable for any damage caused to the hotel property or equipment by themselves or their invitees. Kirkasmuisto Hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guest property unless stored in the provided room safe or at the front desk storage. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total cost of the guest's stay.

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival.
